Having spent years working closely with developers, investors, channel partners, and end-users, they recognized a common challenge within the industry: clients often had access to information, but lacked trusted guidance.

Their shared vision was to create an advisory-led real estate company that prioritizes transparency, market knowledge, and long-term relationships over transactional selling.

Before founding Key Estates, the two founders collectively contributed to transactions exceeding 125 million dollars across residential, commercial, retail, and investment-oriented real estate.

Before co-founding Key Estates, Niket built his career across multiple sales and customer-facing roles, developing a strong understanding of buyer behaviour, developer expectations, and relationship-driven business growth

A significant part of his professional development came through his exposure to developer-side operations and channel partner ecosystems, including his association with projects under the guidance of Mr. Amarnath Saraf and the wider professional environment of Alcove Realty, where he gained valuable insight into project positioning, channel management, and customer acquisition strategies.

Known for his energy, commitment, and client-first mindset, Niket has consistently focused on creating meaningful customer relationships and delivering value through personalized guidance.

At Key Estates, he leads client engagement, business development initiatives, and channel partner relationships while ensuring that every customer receives dedicated attention throughout their property journey.

HOver the course of his professional journey, he has worked with several respected organizations within the Eastern Indian real estate landscape, including Modern Properties, Everbright Group, Pioneer Property Management, Mani Group, and KAARRYAM

His experience ranges from corporate leasing and business development to leading sales teams and managing complex client relationships across diverse asset classes.

Throughout his career, Siddharth has advised homebuyers, investors, occupiers, and developers, developing a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and transaction management. His ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution has helped him build strong professional relationships throughout the industry.

At Key Estates, Siddharth is responsible for strategic growth, advisory services, developer relationships, and ensuring that every client engagement reflects the firm's commitment to transparency, professionalism, and trust.
